The Town of Afton Utility Department is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the Town's drinking water distribution system as well as the waste water distribution and sewer lagoon facility.  The Utility Department also ensures proper compliance with both the Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for state and federal water and sewer regulations.
